Refund policy
Cancellations / Order Changes
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order.
To request a cancellation, contact us at: info@bensonandclark.com
If you need to update your shipping address or edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Any items returned without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition. We do not accept returns for worn, used, or damaged items.
To start a return, email info@bensonandclark.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Depending on the item and fulfillment location, returns may need to be sent to one of our partner warehouses, which may be located internationally.
Return Shipping
Returns are sent by mail.
We do not provide return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Shipping fees and any protection fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, including defective and non-defective products, subject to approval and stock availability.
Item Doesn’t Fit
If your item doesn’t fit, please contact us at info@bensonandclark.com and let us know whether it runs too large or too small.
On eligible orders, we may send a replacement at no additional cost. Exchange requests are subject to approval and availability.
In some cases, we may require the original item to be returned. In other cases, we may offer an alternative solution to make things right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email info@bensonandclark.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or another appropriate resolution.
Disclaimer for Product Images
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
If you have questions about color, material, or sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bensonandclark.com so we can assist.
If the correct address was provided at checkout and package protection was purchased for the order, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
